Ineficiencia. En los casos de ineficiencia profesional, una vez cumplida la amonestación escrita, se procederá a aplicar en forma progresiva las sanciones previstas en el artículo 49 del Decreto 2277 de 1979, por el procedimiento de que trata el artículo 6° de este Decreto.
