Solicitud. La solicitud de Aval deberá presentarse en escrito firmado por el representante legal de la entidad y acompañarse de los documentos que acrediten el lleno de los requisitos señalados en el artículo anterior, así como del contenido del Programa de Formación, el desarrollo de los objetivos y el planteamiento del sistema de evaluación de cada módulo, tanto para docentes como para alumnos.
