Registro de empresas de transporte marítimo . Todas las empresas de transporte marítimo, nacionales y extranjeras, de carga general, que sirvan tráficos internacionales desde o hacia puertos colombianos, deberán inscribirse en un registro especial que abrirá la Dirección General Marítima con el objeto de dar la información necesaria y conveniente, tanto a usuarios como a organismos del gobierno, sobre los servicios de transporte marítimo que se ofrecen en el país.
