Artículo Sexto. Los empleados públicos que prestan los servicios de conductor al Director del Departamento Administrativo, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de riesgo equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) de su asignación básica mensual, la cual para efectos legales no constituye factor salarial.
