Artículo decimosegundo. El Director del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión tendrá derecho a gastos de representación en una cuantía equivalente a. la tercera parte del sueldo que le corresponde por este Decreto. Los Subdirectores, tendrán derecho a gastos de representación en una cuantía equivalente a la quinta parte del sueldo que les corresponda en la escala, según la nomenclatura de empleos que se establece por el presente Decreto. Si para dichos cargos se creare prima técnica, los funcionarios que los desempeñen podrán elegir entre ésta y los gastos de representación.
