En las cabeceras del Distrito Judicial, cuando todas las partes sean capaces de transigir y lo pidan al Juez de común acuerdo, éste debe sustanciar el juicio en que se ventile una controversia susceptible de transacción, y decidirlo mediante el procedimiento verbal.
La solicitud no puede hacerse sino después de que esté notificada la demanda.
