Toda erogación con cargo a gastos imprevistos, que exceda a la suma de $ 5.000.00, deberá recibir previamente el visto bueno del Ministerio de Gobierno, salvo el caso de grave calamidad pública, en que bastará dar aviso al Ministerio.
