Decreto 1239 de 1961 · Por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 23 del Decreto 0465 del 1961

Cuando un Oficial de la Policía Nacional aspirante al ascenso, fuere reprobado en una o dos materias coa nota de insuficiente o deficiente, tendrá derecho a una segunda prueba de examen, seis (6) meses después de haber hecho el examen correspondiente a su grado, conforme al artículo 20 del Decreto 0465 de 1961, y las calificaciones obtenidas serán definitivas.

Parágrafo

Se consideran como deficientes o insuficientes las calificaciones inferiores a tres (3) sobre cinco (5) o a seis (6) sobre diez (10) obtenidas en las materias básicas del pensum Correspondiente.
