Las penas establecidas en los dos artículos anteriores se aumentan hasta el doble y se convierten en presidio, si la cuantía de lo hurtado sube de diez mil pesos, o si la sustracción se comete en tiempo de guerra, conflicto armado o de turbación del orden público.
