Artículo tercero . Autorízase a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para prorrogar o renovar los préstamos otorgados hasta ahora, en cumplimiento a lo establecido en los Decretos números 2600 y 3149 de 1953, a los productores de carbón obtenidos para cada caso el asentimiento del Ministerio de Hacienda.
