En el caso de nulidad por indebida representación, el auto de que trata el artículo 509 se notificará personalmente al indebidamente representado, si fuere capaz, o a su representante legítimo, si no lo fuere. Si se ratificare, se legitima para lo futuro la personería del que representaba indebidamente, equivaliendo la ratificación a poder o mandato legalmente conferido.
