Informe sobre la captura. La autoridad que haya recibido la orden de captura, dentro de los cinco días siguientes, presentará informe escrito bajo juramento a quien la impartió dando cuenta de las diligencias que haya realizado para su cumplimiento. Si realizó la captura, en el informe hará constar que enteró al capturado de sus derechos.
