º. Modifícase la fecha del 1º de junio de 1999 fijada en el artículo 34 del Decreto 2041 por la de 31 de agosto de 1998 y, en consecuencia, el texto del citado artículo quedará así: "Artículo 34. Determinación de los factores. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones deberá determinar mediante resolución, los distintos valores de N y M y los porcentajes de Z de que trata el artículo anterior para la aplicación de las fórmulas establecidas en él. El Ministerio expedirá tales valores antes del 31 de agosto de 1999".
