Devueltos los cuestionarios la presidencia efectúa el escrutinio cuyo resultado por unanimidad o por mayoría de votos constituye el veredicto del Tribunal, el cual debe anotarse en el original del cuestionario y firmarse por el presidente y el secretario. A continuación el presidente lee el veredicto con lo cual se termina la audiencia.
