Adiciónase el artículo 7° del Decreto 124 de 1997 con el siguiente inciso final: “Tratándose de asignaciones permanentes constituidas por las entidades cooperativas a las que se refiere el numeral cuarto del artículo 19 del Estatuto Tributario, se aplicará lo previsto en la legislación cooperativa vigente”.
