Apruébase el siguiente Decreto: Decreto número 3 de 1928 (enero 25), sobre presupuesto de gastos de la Comisaria Especial del Vichada, para 1928, "El Comisario Especial del Vichada, en uso da sus atribuciones legales, y dando cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por el numeral 8º del Decreto ejecutivo 523 de 3 de junio de 1913, decreta:
