Autorícese al Gobierno para que en cumplimiento y de conformidad con los artículos 288, 334, 341 y 345 de la Constitución Política y las establecidas en la ley 715 de 2001 , incorpore dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación, las partidas presupuestales necesarias a fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente ley.
