º El artículo 3º del Decreto número 929 de 1946, quedará así: "Artículo 3º La Tesorería General de la República con el visto bueno de la Contraloría General, llevará una cuenta especial para el registro de todos los ingresos provenientes de los recursos que, de acuerdo con el artículo 2º de la Ley 26 de 1945, forman el Fondo Ferroviario Nacional, destinado a cubrir los giros que se libren contra dicho Fondo para atender los gastos que ocasionen los estudios, trazados, construcción y equipo de los Ferrocarriles de que trata el artículo 1º de la Ley citada."
