Los Secretarios de los Jueces de primera instancia deben enviar mensualmente al Tribunal Superior Militar una lista de los procesos que tenga auto de proceder ejecutoriado. Allí se deben examinar esas listas en la Secretaría y de los negocios acumulables que se encuentren se informará al Juez que sea competente para decretar la acumulación. Cuando dos juicios acumulables causen en una misma oficina el secretario debe dar inmediato aviso al Jefe de ella.
