Artículo quinto. Conforme a la ley el tiempo para reconocimiento de Prima de Antigüedad respecto a los empleados incorporados en cargos que cambien de remuneración, se comenzará a contar a partir de la fecha de posesión, a que se refiere el artículo 39 del presente Decreto.
