ARTICULO 35 . Decisión de Fondo. - Practicadas las pruebas a que se refiere el artículo anterior o vencido el término para presentar los descargos sin que se hubiesen solicitado pruebas, el funcionario competente mediante resolución motivada procederá a decidir sobre el fondo del asunto.

Parágrafo

Contra esta resolución proceden los recursos que por la vía gubernativa consagra el Código Contencioso Administrativo, en los términos y con los requisitos allí establecidos.
