El individuo que pretenda ser declarado patrón ó capellán de un patronato de legos ó capellanía laica, podrá entablar su demanda ante un Juez del Circuito de su vecindad ó del Circuito en que estén todos ó la mayor parte de los bienes afectados á la fundación.
