El Ministerio del ramo fijará las longitudes de onda en que puede trabajar cada una de las estaciones a que se refiere el presente Decreto. No se concederá licencia a ninguna estación que no esté dotada de cristales de control de frecuencia. Estos cristales deberán corresponder exactamente a la longitud de onda fijada para cada estación y los concesionarios no podrán efectuar transmisión alguna sin el empleo de dichos cristales.
