Oportunidad de la solicitud. Los Establecimientos Fabricantes de Preparaciones Farmacéuticas a base de Productos Naturales utilizados tradicionalmente con fines terapéuticos, que tengan la respectiva Licencia Sanitaria de Funcionamiento y deseen renovarla, deben solicitar su renovación mínimo con seis (6) meses de anterioridad al vencimiento de la misma. Las solicitudes presentadas fuera de término, no serán tramitadas.

Decreto 1524 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 09 de 1979 Título VI y XI en lo referente a fabricación, envase o empaque, almacenamiento y expendio de los Productos Naturales con usos terapéuticos tradicionales, empíricos y las Preparaciones Farmacéuticas a base de los mismos.
