El Director General o el Administrador de la Aduana en cuya jurisdicción haya de importarse la mercancía, podrá exigir pruebas satisfactorias de que ésta por su naturaleza o cantidad está amparada por la ley, tratado público o contrato en que se autorice la exención de derechos.
