Art. 3.º Se autoriza al contratista para que, en los trayectos donde pueda convenir á la mayor solidez y seguridad de la via férrea, extienda las traviesas y los rieles sobre camellon ó calzada firme, si ésta pudiere ser construida sólidamente, en vez de extenderlos sobre pilotes.
