°. Adjudicada la parcela, se procederá dentro del término que se señale en cada caso, a verificar su entrega al interesado. El funcionario comisionado al efecto, verificará la entrega asociado de dos testigos, previa citación de los colindantes si los hubiere, y extenderá una acta en la que conste con la mayor claridad y precisión los linderos del lote, y los detalles necesarios para su identificación.
