Libre remoción y posesión de los administradores de los fondos ganaderos. Las normas generales a las que debe ajustarse la libre remoción de las personas que desempeñen los cargos anotados, son las consagradas en los artículos 198 y 199 del Código de Comercio. Para la posesión de los representantes legales y miembros de juntas directivas de los fondos ganaderos que vigila la Superintendencia de Sociedades, no será necesaria bajo ninguna circunstancia autorización de esta Entidad.
