°. Recibida la información, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía expedirá el correspondiente acto administrativo en el cual se fije el precio de venta para cada exportador. Dicho acto administrativo se expedirá a cada exportador, anualmente dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la entrega a satisfacción del Ministerio de Minas y Energía de la información correspondiente al último trimestre.
