El embargo y el secuestro decretados conforme a esta Ley ponen fin, respectivamente, a los efectuados en el juicio ejecutivo con acción personal.

Si el juicio iniciado con acción real finalizare por cualquier causa legal años de verificarse la venta, o adjudicación de los bienes, subsistirán los embargos hechos con acción personal.
