Mecanismos alternativos de solución pacífica de controversias interétnicas . El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho y el Ministerio del Interior fomentarán y apoyarán las iniciativas territoriales para establecer mecanismos alternativos de solución de controversias entre comunidades étnicas que decidan, motu proprio, acudir de forma permanente o esporádica a dichos métodos. Dichos ministerios prestarán la asesoría necesaria para que en la toma de decisiones comunitarias interétnicas se incorpore el enfoque diferencial.
