ARTICULO 78. Retiro por disposición de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional sólo podrán ser retirados por disposición de la Dirección General, después de haber cumplido quince (15) años o más de servicio, excepto lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 del presente estatuto.
