º. Modifíquese el numeral 3 del artículo 2.2 .1.6.7.3., del Capítulo 6 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1079 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Transporte, el cual quedará así: "3. Que la empresa de transporte sea como mínimo propietaria de un número de vehículos equivalente al 10% de la capacidad transportadora operacional, para lo cual también se tendrán en cuenta las formas alternas de acreditación de ese porcentaje descritas en el artículo 2.2.1.6.7.1., del presente decreto."
