Autorízase al Gobierno para que, por medio del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, compre la casa en que nació el héroe de la Independencia de Colombia Antonio Ricaurte, en la Villa de Leiva, para dedicarla á local de una Escuela Primaria Nacional de grado superior, que llevará el nombre de Escuela de Ricaurte.
