IMPEDIMENTO O RECUSACION DE OTROS FUNCIONARIOS. Las causales de impedimento de los jueces o magistrados se refieren igualmente a los agentes del ministerio público, secretario de los juzgados y tribunales, vocales de los consejos verbales de guerra y auditor de guerra, quienes pondrán en conocimiento del juez o magistrado correspondiente el impedimento que existe, sin perjuicio de que los interesados puedan recusarlos.
