Artículo único. Abrense el Poder Ejecutivo los siguientes créditos adicionales al Presupuesto de Gastos de 1891 y 1892, con imputación á los Capítulos y Artículos que en seguida se expresan:

MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO.

Departamento de Política interior.

Capítulo.

Para el sostenimiento de la Policía nacional en los últimos tres meses del bienio en curso, sesenta mil pesos

Capítulo.

Para atender al completo pago por el servicio que prestan 51 aparatos telefónicos por cuenta de la Nación, hasta quinientos pesos
