º. Cupos individuales de crédito de instituciones financieras. El artículo 8º del Decreto 2360 de 1993, quedará así: "Artículo 8º. Cupos individuales de instituciones financieras . Los cupos individuales de crédito previstos en el presente Decreto podrán alcanzar hasta el treinta por ciento (30%) del patrimonio técnico del otorgante del crédito, tratándose de operaciones realizadas con instituciones financieras. No obstante, las obligaciones a cargo de instituciones financieras por concepto de operaciones de redescuento con Finagro, Findeter, la FEN, Bancoldex y el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, no estarán sujetos a los límites de que trata este capítulo".
