Tanto la Caja de Vivienda Militar como las operaciones que celebre o ejecute están exentas de toda clase de impuestos y contribuciones nacionales, departamentales y municipales presente o futuras. Gozará, además, de todas las ventajas que confiere la ley a las Instituciones de utilidad social o pública.
