Sin perjuicio de las competencias propias de las autoridades de policía y las entidades territoriales en materia de seguridad en los eventos deportivos, la Vigilancia y la Seguridad Privada en los escenarios y eventos deportivos solo podrá ser prestada por los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada que hayan obtenido licencia o credencial expedida por la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.
