Los beneficios contemplados en la presente ley se aplicarán a los hechos, operaciones o transacciones que se realicen entre el día de su promulgación y un mes después de la fecha en que se lleve a cabo la final de los I Juegos Panamericanos Junior Cali 2021, V Juegos Deportivos Parapanamericanos Juveniles Bogotá 2022, XIX Juegos Deportivos Bolivarianos 2022 y el XIX Campeonato Mundial de Atletismo Sub-20 Cali 2022.
