o . Reglamento . El Consejo Nacional Transparente se dará su propio reglamento y definirá su organización que le servirá de soporte técnico. El Consejo Nacional Transparente ejercerá sus funciones sin perjuicio de las que legal y constitucionalmente corresponden a otras ramas del poder público, a los organismos autónomos e independientes y a las entidades territoriales.
