Plazo para efectuar el depósito legal. El depósito legal de toda obra, fonograma o videograma y demás soportes establecidos en este decreto, que hayan sido divulgadas y que circulen en Colombia, deberá efectuarse dentro de los sesenta (60) días hábiles siguientes a su publicación, transmisión pública, reproducción, respectivamente.
