Dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, las autoridades municipales y distritales deberán ajustar las normas urbanísticas a los principios enunciados en el artículo 100 y siguiendo los criterios de prevalencia expresados en el capítulo lll de esta ley.
