Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para celebrar con el Instituto de Fomento Industrial los contratos de fideicomiso que requiera el servicio de estos Bonos, y con el Banco de la República los de garantía, que permitan el servicio normal y adecuado de amortización e intereses de los títulos.
