Una vez el Conciliador verifique el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en esta ley en la solicitud del trámite de negociación de deudas y el deudor haya sufragado los costos cuando sea del caso, el Conciliador designado por el Centro de Conciliación la aceptará y dará inicio al trámite de negociación de deudas.
