Articulo 4º. De conformidad con el artículo 61 de la ley que se reglamenta, las intendencias y comisarías no podrán ejercer el monopolio sobre la producción, introducción y venta de licores, destilados, por lo tanto solo cobrarán el impuesto de consumo de que trata la ley.
