ARTICULO 107 . NOTIFICACION DEL PLIEGO DE CARGOS. Si el investigado reside o trabaja dentro de la jurisdicción territorial se librará la respectiva citación a fin de que comparezca dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes para efectos de la notificación del pliego de cargos. Si éste compareciere se dejará constancia de ello y se le hará entrega del pliego de cargos. Si el investigado reside o trabaja en jurisdicción territorial diferente, se comisionará al funcionario respectivo para efectos de que se surta la respectiva notificación, enviando el cuaderno original del expediente.

Parágrafo

En el evento en que el encartado comparezca para efectos de la notificación del pliego de cargos y sea renuente a notificarse y a recibirlo se dejará constancia de ello por escrito.
