La adjudicación de las Acciones en la Segunda Etapa se llevará a cabo por el Comité de Dirección mediante procedimientos que tengan como propósito procurar: (i) amplia publicidad y libre concurrencia, (ii) transparencia y objetividad del proceso de adjudicación y (iii) continuidad en la prestación del servicio a cargo de EBSA.
