En El Territorio De La República Todo Padre De Familia En Cuya Casa Se Verifique Un Nacimiento Está Obligado A Hacerlo Presente Al Notario O Secretario Del Concejo Respectivo, A Más Tardar A Los Ocho Días Siguientes Al Del Nacimiento De La Persona

º. En el territorio de la República todo padre de familia en cuya casa se verifique un nacimiento está obligado a hacerlo presente al notario o secretario del concejo respectivo, a más tardar a los ocho días siguientes al del nacimiento de la persona.

Parágrafo

Están también obligados a dar el aviso a que se refiere este artículo, los parientes inmediatos del recién nacido, las comadronas, los ministros del culto, sacristanes y demás personas que hayan tenido conocimiento del nacimiento de un individuo.
