Las utilidades resultantes de la acuñación y reacuñación de monedas de plata, níquel y cobre-níquel ingresarán al Tesoro Nacional, previa deducción de las sumas que a juicio del Gobierno Nacional y del Banco de la República sean necesarias para la adecuada dotación, construcciones y ensanches de la Casa de Moneda de Bogotá.
